Enrollment

Enrollment in a Blackbeard Academy program takes place in three steps: phone number verification, verification call with the instructor, then payment. Three programs are offered:

• Initiation — introductory barbering program.
• Intensive — intensive program to go further.
• Masterclass — advanced masterclass for refinement.

Verification call

Before any payment, a verification call with the instructor is mandatory. This call confirms that the program matches your level and expectations. No payment is possible until the instructor has approved the call.

Payment

After the call is approved, you can pay for your enrollment in two ways:

• Deposit of CHF 490 — holds your seat, the balance is paid on site.
• Full payment — the total amount is paid online via Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your enrollment at any time before the start of the program. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days before the session begins. After that, the deposit is retained.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the payment method used at enrollment. Processing time is 5 to 10 business days.

Liability

Blackbeard Academy provides its training programs with an obligation of means, not of result. The academy's liability cannot be engaged for any specific aesthetic outcome.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Venue is in Geneva, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
