You don't learn a craft from a manual. You learn it standing, behind a chair.
Blackbeard Academy grew out of Blackbeard Barbershop, an international network of shops. The barbers who work there pass on their craft here.
You train in small groups. Time in the salon teaches you technique behind the chair and how to work with clients.
